IB Scholarships

We offer a scholarship programme for the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme, covering the last two years of Secondary schooling at IST. This internationally respected programme is an ideal preparation for Universities throughout the world. The programme offered at IST is especially suited to students who wish to follow a University programme in English either in the United Kingdom or the United States. The International School of Toulouse scholarship programme provides an outstanding educational opportunity for a limited number of students of exceptional talent, whose families do not have the financial means necessary to pay the fees, to attend IST.
There are a maximum of two scholarship places available each year for students who will enrich our school community and the overall quality of both our student population and our IB Diploma Programme as much as our School will enrich and inspire them. All our previous scholarship students have achieved very good results in their IB Diplomas, including scoring full marks. All scholarship students are expected to maintain this tradition.

Please note that the International School of Toulouse does not have any boarding facilities and therefore all IB Scholarship Students are expected to be living with their parents/guardians whilst studying at IST.
Canteen Fees

The student canteen provides delicious well-balanced meals in a pleasant environment at reasonable cost. School meals are prepared in the kitchens on site by a French chef and dedicated canteen staff.
All students, from Kindergarten to Grade 10 inclusive, remaining on site at lunchtime must eat in the canteen. Grade 11 and 12 students may choose to eat in the canteen, leave the building at lunch time to eat elsewhere or eat in their common room.
The cost of the meals is subsidised by the school.
The cost to parents for the 2024-2025 academic year is € 726.00 per child.

Instrumental Music

Music and the Performing Arts play a very important role at the International School of Toulouse. In addition to the curriculum music lessons students may also apply for specialist voice and instrumental lessons offered by the Music Department delivered either by IST staff or visiting specialists. These lessons take place within the school day and after school giving pupils instruction on instrumental skills and offering opportunities to play in ensembles.

The School is a recognised centre for performance and theory examinations by the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music and has an excellent pass rate.
A supplementary fee is charged for these lessons.
Individual tuition (30 minute lesson once per week): € 773.00
